Each episode finds Chef Ralph (a runner-up on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen) dropped into a surprise country with just 72 hours to earn enough cash to buy his ticket back to the States. Armed with only his culinary skills and charisma, he must travel the country, find available cooking jobs, learn a crash course in the local cuisine and serve up success.
In destinations like the Amazon, Iceland, Africa and Macau, the most outrageous delicacies (From the hottest peppers on earth to maggots … or worse) await our hero in his quest to make his way home!"

This sounds like a very fun DVD to watch. I would really enjoy it especially since I like the behind the scenes look at the restaurant industry so much. This is a great giveaway and I really hope I win. Thanks.
