What to do when the market is in the dumps?  Look to the future, turn to Hollywood and buy, buy, buy!

Paramount is set to release five new films from that little studio known as Marvel Entertainment.  Those movies include Iron Man 2 on May 7, 2010; Thor on July 16, 2010; The First Avenger: Captain America on May 6, 2011; The Avengers on July 15, 2011 and, let's see, Iron Man 3, whose date is not yet known.

Since the deal also includes worldwide distribution, let's just say that Paramount's own picture should be looking rather robust for some time to come.
