It's the horror movie "White Noise 2: The Light," and its official synopsis is this:The sequel to Geoffrey Sax's WHITE NOISE goes one step further than Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP), this time exploring the world of Near Death Experiences (NDE). The story is based around a man who loses his entire family in a tragic accident. Nathan Fillion (SERENITY) and Katee Sackhoff (BATTLESTAR GALACTICA) star in this spine-tingling sequel.
