"Fifth Avenue" is NOW available for Kindle on Amazon.com. It also is available as an ebook on Nook. iBooks, Kobe, Diesel and other electronic reading devices are coming. By the end of the month, it will be available in trade paperback from Amazon.
The book was written by Christopher Smith, film critic for 14 years at a major daily in the Northeast.
