    I remember these from when I was a kid. My favorite was the one about nouns. " A noun's a special kind of word. It's anything you've ever heard. I find it quite interesting, a noun's a person, place or thing." And then it talked about Mrs. Jones on some street, whose dog barked at the kids. "We gave her dog a bone and now he barks at Mrs. Jones." I would love for my kids to be able to learn and sing with Schoolhouse Rock!

    I learned so much from these when I was a kid.I still can recite the preamble to the constitution because of these. It got me extra credit once! I would absolutely love to share these with my children.

    "I'm just a bill" Wow, what a flashback. Every time I had to recite the preamble to the Constitution in school, I just knew I was going to break out in song! Wonderful education tool for those of us who couldn't wait for Sat. morning cartoons!

    Even though I wasn't born in the 1970s, I still grew up with Schoolhouse Rock, later in the early 90s, when they showed repeats on ABC. It was a classic series that was kind of a double-edge sword; you were learning, but you didn't know you were learning, but that was the fun part. If I ever have children, I would introduce them to Schoolhouse Rock, to let them see what I loved about it.

    In 8th grade I got a bunch of extra credit once in American History because I knew the entire preamble to the Constitution. All I had to do was sing the song from Schoolhouse Rock in my head and write down the words. That was 26 years ago and I still know the whole thing by heart.

    I grew up with Schoolhouse Rock and would love to introduce my kids to the series. I still remember, "I'm Just a Bill...and I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill," and "Conjunction, junction, what's your function?" Wow, this brings back lots of great memories.

    Wow! I remember school house rock! When I was a kid it played all of the time. It actually help me and whenever I have heard it as an adult it really brings back great memories!
