Hugh Jackman to Host the Academy Awards

He can bring the beefcake, but can he bring the wry laughs? Does he have the sort of wit to pull off the toughest gig in town? Can he tell the difference between a Streep and a Winslet?

Still, this is Hugh's year, so he's going for it. And maybe he'll do it. It doesn't hurt that he's hosted the Tony Awards three times, so at least he has a feel for it.

Still....the Academy Awards? For ratings, they'll probably stuff his pants, as in this photo, and make him walk around shirtless.
