Aided by good friend Doc Miles (Dwight Yoakam) and the Tourette's-suffering Venus (Efren Ramirez), Chelios cuts a frenzied path of destruction on his way to a final shoot-'em-up showdown with the Ferret (Clifton Collins Jr.).
