We've had Celine Dion, Elton John and Cher, and now reports are coming in that Madonna has been offered $1 billion for a five-year residency in Las Vegas.
Though Madonna is in her early 50s, five years is a long time to spend in one city. That said, $1 billion is a lot of money. Not flying around the world is attractive. Since her reps are keeping quiet on the rumors, the jury is out on this one.

Damn! That's alot money, well it doesn't surprise me if it is true considering that Madonna has been around for a long time. Question is if she can handle it, last I heard she had some health probs and five years is a long contract, or maybe that was just a rumor. It's a wait and see I guess.
