Ironside: Season Two!

Thanks to our friends at Shout! Factory for this opportunity!

Official product description:

"Wheelchair-bound Robert T. Ironside (Primetime Emmy-winner Raymond Burr) and his crack team of investigators including Detective Sergeant Ed Brown (Don Galloway), beautiful policewoman Eve Whitfield (Barbara Anderson, who won a Primetime Emmy for this role) and ex-con turned assistant Mark Sanger (Don Mitchell) return to their uniquely designed SFPD office to help fight crime others can’t as the complete Season Two of the five-time Primetime Emmy-winning Ironside comes to DVD from Shout! Factory.

With superb story lines dealing with socially important topics like racism, drugs, abortion, and terror, Ironside’s sophomore season continued the tradition of attracting special guest stars—including Milton Berle, Anne Baxter, Bill Bixby, Ricardo Montalban, Burgess Meredith, Ed Asner and many more. Ironside: Season Two includes all 26 original action-packed episodes in a collectible seven-disc DVD box set.

Set during the turbulent 1960s, Ironside topped the TV ratings while on NBC from 1967 to 1975 and gave television its first disabled hero. Boasting a stellar cast and original music by Quincy Jones, Ironside is classic television at its finest."

Ironside was a great show. I still remember the time that Burr said let's go and the editor missed cutting the scene before the actor got out of the wheelchair.
