Kelly Rowland's Cheaper-than-Cheap $2.99 Video: Rose Colored Glasses

Here's the latest music video from Kelly Rowland for her single "Rose Colored Glasses," which will be on her upcoming third solo album (still untitled) and will be her first release without the help of her former manager Matthew Knowles.

I don't know--this is just a video with lots of images of Kelly pointing her finger, and even more shots of her blasted amid an explosion of (*cough*) cheap confetti.  It's about as low-budget at you get.  Buy the song?  It's not bad.  Beyoncé won't be watching her back, but if Rowland can get it together and produce a solid, compelling video, perhaps she might.
