BLUE BLOOD stars 2-time Oscar nominee Roy Scheider (Jaws, The French Connection) in one of his final roles as the seasoned private investigator tasked with untangling a murder in the exclusive community of the Hamptons. Actors Bill Sage (American Psycho, Mysterious Skin), Susan Misner (“Gossip Girl,” Chicago), Noelle Beck (“As the World Turns,” “Cashmere Mafia”) and Ronald Guttman (27 Dresses, August Rush) round out the cast. Written and directed by talented brothers Ben and Orson Cummings, BLUE BLOOD, aside from a few scenes in Manhattan, was filmed entirely on location in their own backyard of East Hampton. As year-round residents of the resort-like area, the Cummings played upon the mood created by the long, empty days of the off-season for their film and the result is “a crisply written film noir” (Newsday) that’s “filled with fresh surprises” (New York Observer).
