This Christmas, enthusiastic fans will delight in spending another hot summer in Australia with the U.S. DVD debut of McLEOD’S DAUGHERS: THE COMPLETE SEVENTH SEASON. McLeod’s Daughters became an overnight sensation when it premiered on U.S. television several years ago on the WE: Women’s Entertainment channel -- and its popularity continues to this day. The series -- one of Australia’s most watched, and now in the midst of its eight and final season -- has captivated millions of viewers worldwide with its addictive storylines and heroic portrayals of empowered women.
Shot entirely on location Down Under, McLeod’s Daughters follows the adventures of a largely-female workforce at a large family-owned Australian cattle ranch. In Season Seven, only Jodi Fountain-McLeod is left to run the ranch after the departure of Tess McLeod in Season Six. And, as the series has continued through the years, new characters and new adventures keep the show as fresh and exciting as ever.
