1913. Dr. Josef Brenner (Ulrich Thomsen), a compulsive morphine addict, transfers to a mental institution for troubled women. Christina - xristya@rock.com - I guess opium and romance CAN go together (like heroin and romance with Sid and Nancy), but it would be strange! Interesting to see this movie's take on it.
