Wii, iPod Touch--Voting Now Closed, Winners Announced

So, that's it. Finished. Kaput!

I'm depressed because it's over! But also really happy--this was a lot of fun, and just hearing the excitement from those who won makes it all worth it.

The last several hours of emails and especially on Twitter were amazing. On Twitter, we just had one hell of a go of it. Hugely enjoyable! If you were there, you know what I'm talking about. I'm very glad you were part of this. What a community.

I've run the numbers and contacted the winners. Since they agreed to have their names listed, we're not waiting until tomorrow to announce the winners. Screw that!

How were they chosen? Fair question, since about 2 million of you sent emails/comments/Tweets over the past several months trying hard to win these prizes. I use the Random Integer Generation. Find it here. I enter the total number of entries for each giveaway, the number came up, and I selected from the database. That simple. And that fair.
